Injection molding begins with mold setup and a first article. Mass production starts after the first article passes quality confirmation.
Assembly Inspection
Production-line inspection covers functional structure, electrical safety, hygiene, surface condition and printing-related checks with defined quality responsibilities.
Finished-Goods Verification
Finished products move through batch sampling, inspection, model verification, result confirmation, post-inspection organization and final shipment counting.
